A little bit about what we do!

Personal Training

Training programs at the Institute of Performance and Fitness are designed to meet the demands of serious athletes looking to improve their performance. Our group training method fosters a sense of competition into every exercise our clients perform. We offer programs catered to both adults and youths at 4, 3 and 2 days per week intervals. We also offer personal training, small group instruction, boot camp, and specialty classes throughout the week.

The personal training division of IPF is dedicated to changing and enhancing the lifestyles and fitness habits of motivated individuals. We work with individual clients to create and enact an optimal plan for success based on the individuality and goals of those we are working with. Institute of Performance and Fitness Personal Training (IPF-PT) also works off-site with teams, corporate clients , and individuals on a case by case basis.

IPF-PT will create a synergistic relationship between the client, physical therapist, orthopedic specialist, physician or any other practitioner to create a plan for optimal success. The ultimate goal is your good health and the IPF team will help get you there.

Training Structure

IPF clients will train in a structured environment 2-4 times per week. This is necessary to develop the technique and habits that will help you to reach your goals.
