Fitness Professional - Strength and Conditioning Coach  

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Duties are to perform personal training and coaching for a variety of group sessions, semi-private and private training sessions including Professional, Collegiate, High School, Middle School and Adult Athletes.   
  • Must be comfortable with presenting information to prospective clients
  • Performance testing and assessment and recording all data
  • Able to inspect all fitness equipment for cleanliness and safety as well as conduct equipment orientation and assist clientele individually using any training equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:   Please provide details of your training-related experience, include education and certifications.  

  • NSCA / CSCS Certification preferred but not required
  • First Aid/CPR Training
  • Possess a high level of professionalism
  • Attention to detail and possess excellent communication skills
  • Experience with performance testing and assessment
  • Work with a flexible and constantly changing schedule
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Eager to learn

Strength & Conditioning Internship

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Experience hands-on individualized coaching with up to 150 athletes per day
  • Observe and assist a variety of professional, collegiate, high school and middle school athletes under the supervision of our qualified staff of coaches
  • Daily setup of gym and weight room
  • Work with our Coaches to become more familiar with program design
  • Clean and inspect all fitness equipment
  • Weight Room Maintenance

Requirements:

  • First Aid/CPR Training
  • Possess a high level of professionalism
  • Attention to detail and possess excellent communication skills
  • Work with a flexible schedule
  • Be eager to learn and accepting of constructive criticism
  • Must be comfortable interacting with clients, parents, etc
  • Present yourself in a manner that will reinforce your status as a role model for impressionable athletes
