SUMMER ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING - THIS IS THE PROGRAM WE RECOMMEND!

What we do best - building the complete athlete!  Our 2 hour Daily Program is driven to teach, re-define, and improve each athlete we work with.  The workout consists of Dynamic Flexibility, Torso Training, Movement Skills and Analysis, Plyometric Training, Resistance Training, Interval-based Conditioning, Nutritional Guidelines, and the hardest working instructors you will find.   This is quite possibly the most comprehensive and intense program in the Northeast!

In addition, IPF will continue to offer Summer Bonus Weeks May 29th-June 9th leading up to the start of our Program.. These Bonus Weeks have proved invaluable in giving athletes a head start to revive and improve their Fitness before the Summer begins or sustain their terrific improvements until they return to school.
