Walter Norton Jr.

As the Director of Training at IPF, Walter Norton Jr. works with athletes of all ages and abilities ranging from Middle Schoolto Elite Professionals and Olympic Athletes.

With 20 years of industry experience, Walter's athletes and clients have had success in all phases of their life: 

from on the field championships, to weight loss, to personal development, and professional achievement. 
Walter has trained more athletes over the last decade than anyone in New England. He has worked with 1st Round Draft Picks in Football, Basketball and Hockey. He has trained professional athletes in Golf, Boxing, Lacrosse, Fitness, Sports Entertainment and consulted for major sports organizations.

Paige Maguire

Paige works with athletes of all ages and abilities ranging from Middle School to High School to College. She has a background in Group Exercise and graduated with a degree in Physiology from UMass-Lowell, Paige also played Lacrosse in H.S. and continued in college where she was Club President.

Jamie Damon

Jamie Damon, an Andover native, is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a certified sports performance coach from the USA Weightlifting Association. Jamie graduated from Emory University where he competed in Track and Field. He joined the staff at Emory as a strength coach working closely with several men and women’s teams. As a coach and personal trainer, Jamie has been training athletes and the general population.


Liz Keady

Liz Keady graduated from Milton Academy in 2003 where she was a standout captain of the varsity soccer, hockey, and track teams. She also played varsity lacrosse her junior year. Keady was awarded MVP in both soccer and hockey. She was also named All ISL and All-Scholastic in soccer, hockey and track. Keady won 4 national championships in hockey with Assabet Valley and continued her playing career at both Princeton University and the US National Team. While at Princeton she earned All ECAC and Ivy League First Team selections and was a 3-time MVP and Captain her senior year. During her senior year she won the Sarah  Devons Award, given to one female athlete nationwide who has demonstrated the highest level of dedication and leadership to sports. Keady was the head coach for both Varsity Girls Hockey and Varsity Girls Lacrosse at Andover High School 2012-2014 Seasons. She also worked with the North Shore Vipers Hockey Program as a U16 & U19 Head Coach and skills coach for U10-U19. Currently, Keady is pursuing certification in the strength and conditioning field.   Keady was just named Assistant Women's Ice Hockey Coach at Union College.
